Description Of Work: 
We needed two small areas of hardwood installed (from where floor grates had been removed). We opted to have the floors in the two rooms refinished entirely so that the two small areas would be seamless with the rest of the floor/s in those rooms.

It was great! We got a quote on a Friday (Mike provided several options, i.e. just fixing the two areas, doing the two rooms, and re-doing the hardwoods in the other rooms as well) and when we called them the following Tuesday, they were able to schedule the start for the following day (the week before Christmas). The process took 3 days (including the staining, when they would stain, leave, come back 4-5 hours later for another layer). The installers moved the furniture out (and then back in), covered everything with plastic, sealed off rooms and were prompt, courteous and extremely professional. They came back on Saturday morning to move the furniture back in.

We had a 10 year old glue down hardwood floor refinished as well as some patch work for some of the boards.

It was an EXCELLENT experience. Mike showed up promptly for the estimate, and it was very reasonable. He was professional in every sense of the word. We scheduled an appointment for the refinishers for about 1 week later. On the first day two refinishers (Miguel and Miguel) showed up promptly, told me what to expect, and how long they thought it would take. They did the patch work first and it looked great. On the second day they did most of the sanding. On the third they finished sanding and stained the new floor. They coated the floor on the 4th day. These two guys are tops. They were courteous, they were friendly, they didn't mind my dogs, they worked fast, and they were on time. Best of all my floors look fantastic....as good as new..maybe better!! I recommend this company very highly. I give them an A++++
